Students of all ages and body shapes practise at Living Yoga - from busy mums to professional athletes. Please don't be put off by advanced photos in books or DVDs - you won't need to do the lotus pose or even touch your toes from standing. If you're new to Yoga we'll start with a basic sequence of poses, designed to cleanse your body and mind.

What to expect from your session
From your very first session, you'll feel positively different - lighter, stronger and energised - with clarity of mind and body. And with a regular practise expect to cope better with life's stresses, sleep like a baby and to stand taller. Be warned - Yoga is addictive!
When we work together in the studio you'll get 100 % of my attention and personal instruction. You'll experience new ways of moving and breathing, step-by-step with full assistance.
I'll show you the movements first and then we'll go through them together. You'll get great physical adjustments (students are always surprised how quickly they feel comfortable doing Yoga, after only a few sessions).
